Introduction
All citizens have the constitutionally guaranteed right to determine the use to which their own personal data may be put. This places us under an obligation to protect all personal data.
Protective measures
The employees who come into contact with personal data are trained in accordance with Section 5 of the Federal Data Protection Act and placed under an obligation of data confidentiality. Our IT is constantly adapted to the current circumstances and the requirements of technical security standards.

We collect, process and use personal data insofar as this is necessary to implement and organise the business relationship. In addition, we may also use these data for other purposes if appropriate and if you have given us your consent to do so.

We only use the personal information for internal purposes in the course of our relationship with the supplier. Right of information
On request, we will provide you with information about personal data about you which we have stored. In addition, you are of course entitled to demand that any errors and inaccurate data be corrected, updated, deleted or blocked.
